What kind of computer training is offered by Illume Training, LLC?
Training is provided for Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and PeopleSoft applications (Financial and Student Records).  Other classes are scheduled by request.

What is the cost for training?
Depending on the class, our prices range from $150 to $495 per student per day.  In general our Microsoft classes are $225 per student per day.

Is there online self-training available?
We offer classroom, training over the web and eLearning so no matter what style of training you are looking for, we have you covered.

Can I request training for a specific application for myself or my group?
By all means!  Illume Training, LLC prides itself on offering our variety of courses as well as being able to customize the courses to your needs, time and budget.

How much Web training do I need for these careers?

Depending on the position you are trying to obtain and the level at which you are trying to achieve, you will need a fair amount of training.  Please keep in mind that you will also need some type of graphic experience, meaning that you will need to also take classes like Photoshop and Illustrator to advance; not just Dreamweaver.

By taking these courses you will be able to understand the workings of the web, functionality of the programs and intellect of the audience.

Do you offer certifications?

Illume Training, LLC does not offer certification, just the training required to achieve the certifications.  We chose to focus on the training rather than offer a multitude of services that would be difficult to specialize in.

It is our personal opinion that institution offering both training and certification tend to ‘teach the test’ rather than teach practical and real-world knowledge, which will allow you to easily pass any certifications.

Does Illume Training, LLC offer training where I live?

Illume Training, LLC provides training primarily in the State of Texas and its surrounding states.  If you are not within proximity, we are able to offer an instructor-led training over the web.  All we require is that you can understand the English language and operate with United States approved software.

Can my training from Illume Training, LLC guarantee job placement or advancement?

300,000 new jobs will be created by 2018 (an increase of 30%) in the web development area according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).  However, training you receive will never guarantee any type of placement, advancement or maintain your current position.  Any organization proclaiming this type of success with their students either have a contract with an affiliation for placement or searches for positions just like you and I are able to do over the web using job search engines like www.indeed.com.
